Our story

Archbridge Estates was founded to do property development the way it should be done — patient, disciplined and rooted in the long term.

Over more than two decades we've delivered residential schemes across London and the South Coast, from permitted-development office conversions in established commuter towns to full new-build mews and infill projects in the capital.

Alongside development, we hold and manage a portfolio of income-producing commercial assets through group companies — buildings we know well, in markets we understand. Our approach is to be the kind of owner-operator the building deserves: structural, reliable, operationally minded.

What we do

We work across three principal activities: acquisition of underused or undervalued buildings, conversion and new-build delivery, and long-term asset management of income-producing properties.

Our typical site is a commercial building — an office, light industrial unit, or other premises — where a residential conversion or redevelopment will release the latent value and meet local housing need. We work on schemes from a handful of units up to forty-plus flats in a single development.

On the investment side, we acquire and hold standing commercial assets where the building's location, tenancy profile and operational characteristics suit long-term ownership.
